Main Job Scope:
Required to perform quantity surveying duties necessary for the efficient operation of the office.
Duties (Key Responsibilities) :
- Handles and runs projects under close monitoring and supervision of Senior Assistant Technical Director/Assistant Technical Director/Senior Team Leader [SATD/ATD/STL].
- Assists SATD/ATD/STL in day-to-day duties on all projects handled.
- Attends all Project Co-ordination, Technical or Site Meeting of projects under their care.
- Preparation of final accounts, measurement of variations, measurement of Bills of Quantitiesand estimates .
- Assist in anchoring the preparation of Bills of Quantities allocated by Technical Director/SATD.
Job Requirements & Person Specification
(Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours) :
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa. Ability to speak and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- No experience is required as in-house training will be provided.
