Supporting the Talent agenda
• Provide HR support to execute the Talent priorities for the group. These range from recruitment, Employee Engagement, Compensation and benefits management, performance
management and Learning and Development
• Work with the HR Head to deliver the full range of HR services to the business
• Assist in the timely implementation and execution of talent processes
• Assist in managing employee relations issues (grievances, performance related issues, termination of employment, etc.) in conjunction with the Management and head of offices
• Ensure risks relating to employees, HR policies and practices are mitigated through appropriate actions and robust control mechanisms
• Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant local legislation and employment law
• Responsible for administration of the HR Management system, in the upkeep of data, reports, leave management and HR processes- troubleshooting, configuration and facilitation
• Regulatory reporting to MOM and responsible for all MOM-related transactions: Work Pass applications, cancellations etc.
Job Requirements:
• 5 to 7 years of demonstrable work experience in a HR generalist preferably in a regional or global role.
• Previous experience in assisting with the management of employee relations issues
• Strong client focus and proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation, interpersonal skills, Strong MS Excel and MS Powerpoint skills
• Ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines within a fast-paced environment
• Well-developed organizational and project management skills
• Strong team orientation

Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in HR or a business-related field
· At least 8 years of full-time work experience in a relevant role
· Good stakeholder management skills
· Proactive, meticulous and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
· Ideally well versed in sourcing methodologies (e.g. using LinkedIn, Job Boards, PageUp) and other recruitment tools and usage of Applicant Tracking System and data management using HRIS systems such as SAP
