Role Overview

1. Job Purpose
The Director/Deputy Director of Digital Services is responsible to drive NHG’s digital transformation efforts and associated change management for population health plans, relationship based care and integrated care with primary and community care providers and partners. He/She will support the leadership in business transformation efforts through the implementation of digital strategy and digital products in alignment with the overall business needs and plans.
