Your Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and data-driven Marketing Operations and Demand Generation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing marketing operations, driving demand generation initiatives, and optimizing campaign performance. Your primary focus will include overseeing HubSpot management (hands-on), campaign planning and execution, and managing relationships with digital agencies. You will play a critical role in enhancing marketing efficiency, maximizing lead generation, and supporting overall business growth.
Responsibilities:
- HubSpot Management: Take a hands-on approach in overseeing and managing all aspects of HubSpot, the marketing automation platform. This includes hands-on execution of tasks within HubSpot such as setting up marketing automation workflows, creating and managing email marketing campaigns, and developing landing pages and forms. Ensure accurate data capture and management within the system, including lead segmentation and data enrichment. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise within HubSpot. Stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionalities of HubSpot and provide guidance and training to the marketing team on best practices for utilizing the platform effectively.
- Campaigns Manager: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate demand, increase brand awareness, and drive qualified leads. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and KPIs. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Digital Agencies Management: Collaborate with digital agencies and external vendors to support campaign execution and optimization. Set clear expectations, provide guidelines, and manage relationships to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with marketing objectives. Monitor agency performance, evaluate ROI, and identify opportunities to enhance agency partnerships.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Use marketing analytics and reporting tools to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and identify opportunities for optimization. Generate regular reports on key marketing metrics, such as lead conversion rates, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline contribution. Provide insights and recommendations to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years proven experience in marketing operations, demand generation, and campaign management.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms, with expertise in HubSpot preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience in managing relationships with digital agencies and external vendors.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with lead generation techniques, lead nurturing strategies, and lead scoring models.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance and ROI.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure accurate data management and reporting.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and integration with marketing automation platforms is a plus.
