Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and streamline communication-related to all purchasing activities.
• Participate actively in purchasing audits and address queries promptly.
• Proactively research and evaluate potential vendors and services. 
• Regularly analyze and monitor business partner and vendor performances. 

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in purchasing or procurement activities.
• Proficiency in SAP and familiarity with relevant procurement software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. 
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining immaculate records.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.

• Perform delegated Monthly Financial Closing duties.
• Perform key Financial Analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of Financial Closing.
• Maintain GL mapping between Malaysia and HQ Korea, ensure accurate Financial Reporting. Maintain clear distinction between MFRS and K-IFRS.
• In Charge of Reporting of Monthly Financial Closing Results to HQ Korea.
• In Charge of Uploading Closing results to HQ SAP system.
• Update Indirect Cash Flow and Balance Sheet Footnotes for HQ Quarterly audits.
• Key communicator for queries on Financial Closing from HQ Korea and related stakeholders (HQ Financial Auditors, HQ Internal Auditors, HQ FP&A).
• Assist on Financial Projects (E-invoicing, SAP Integration).
• Assist on Financial Audit, Corporate Tax Return and Transfer Pricing.
• Perform any other ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by management when required.

2. System Administration: Managing servers, operating systems, and system software to ensure optimal performance and security. Implementing necessary configurations and access controls.
3. Service Desk Leadership: Providing leadership and guidance to our service support team, ensuring efficient resolution of end-user technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking. Facilitating software installations, account setups, and password resets as needed.
4. Security Oversight: Evaluating the effectiveness of IT controls, monitoring network activities, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry best practices to safeguard our systems and data.
