RESPONSIBILITIES
A Job Placement Executive is responsible for providing job matching, job coaching and job support services for clients in open employment. As part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, which include Allied Health Professionals such as the Psychologist & Occupational Therapist, they provide career counselling, behavioural and work performance interventions in assisting clients sustain their employment. A Job Placement Executive has to also work closely with their clients' caregivers, existing & potential employers as well as partners & stakeholders such as training providers, community case & social workers, training officers & other job coaches in jointly providing holistic job support to their clients for employment success & sustainability. The Job Placement Executive should have great communication, time management & problem-solving skills. They should be able to work well both independently & in a team with integrity, sensitivity, knowledge and drive to support & advocate for their clients with intellectual disability.

The Programme Executive/Officer contributes actively to MINDS Hub. He/she will be involved in the planning, coordinating, and executing of programmes, events and activities that suit the needs of persons with intellectual and developmental needs, and their caregivers/families.
A proactive thinker, resourceful and responsible team player, he/she will work in synergy with colleagues across and outside MINDS, to plan each programme and to guide volunteers/vendors in the smooth delivery of programme activities. He/she will also connect and coordinate with other organisations to execute collaborative, inclusive and client-centric programmes, manage communications and feedback from stakeholders, and conduct outreach activities to other organisations and the community.
