Job Descriptions

Property Management

• Day-to-Day management of properties.
• Co-ordinate tenant fit-out works, additions and alterations work and reinstatement work.
• Liaise with tenants; MCST and contractors on property related matters.
• Assist with preparation and administration of Tenancy Agreements.
• Assist in review and administration of maintenance contracts including property fire insurance.
• Conduct property inspections and site meetings with the various stakeholders.
• Panning and supervision of property management and operational activities.
• Manage and supervise term contract works.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Any other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor / Management.

Administrative

• Responsible for Day-to-Day administrative duties.
• Perform clerical duties including coordinating meetings, greeting and assisting visitors and clients.
• To assist in director personal assistant duties.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in managing residential, commercial and/or industrial properties.
• ITE Certificate/Diploma in Building/ Facilities Management/ Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience.
• Team player with good communication & IT skills
• Good understanding of Workplace, Health & Safety regulations
• Possess a positive attitude and be able to work independently with a keen eye for detail
• Must be able to respond promptly to emergency matters, in a timely manner including weekends.

We are looking for a Property Valuation Executive to join our Property Valuation division. The Property Valuation Executive will be responsible for conducting valuation of various types of properties including, but not limited to, residential, commercial and industrial properties.

Responsibilities

• Manage the valuation process from start to finish, including site inspection and measurement
• Conduct survey, inspections and investigate all aspects of building and land properties to identity property characteristics in order to determine their values.
• Determine valuations methods by selecting applicable approach and techniques to value properties
• Prepare valuation report, outlining methods used in the appraisal process in accordance with local standards
• Provide expert advice to clients on property valuation matters
• Regularly review property market and trends
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate
• Experience in property valuation is a distinct advantage

Alongside the management of a growing portfolio of patent applications, the successful candidate will be involved in promoting the awareness and benefits of healthcare innovation development.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in science or engineering, with at least 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience within the academic and/or industrial environment.
• Track record of successfully negotiating commercial contracts with industry partners, particularly related to the licensing of technologies and/or new enterprise development.
• Working knowledge of IP protection and IP rights law.
• Meticulous individual with the ability to ‘think outside the box’ in order to translate intellectual property into commercially viable proposals.
• Strong project management experience and ability to work both independently and in a team is essential.
