The Associates Management (AM) team manages the appointments and onboarding of SUSS associate faculty. We also handle associated operational matters as well as facilitate engagement events. We believe that a motivated and engaged pool of associate faculty is crucial to our success.
You will be part of a team dedicated to providing proficient and professional management of operational matters and with particular attention to the aspects of engagement, relations, and people strategy.
Reports to a Senior Manager of Associates Management. Works closely with the team so that selected team members could be released at certain periods to work on the design and development of a new and robust IT system for Associates Administration.
