You will participate in all sales activities and work in line with the sales and marketing plan for the various market segments in order to exceed hotel revenue and targets. The scope of responsibility includes: promoting the hotel brand, contracting new business and maximizing revenue for the hotel. Train and assist in the evaluation of attendants who work with fitness programs.  Supervise instructors and all other associates helping with any activities or functions arranged via the Sports & Recreations.

Use qualified attendants in all areas where relevant qualifications are required, i.e. Fitness leader, Aerobic Instructors, Lifeguard.

Monitor the success of the activities programs through the number of participants per scheduled event and through guests’ feedback.  Make necessary adjustments to maintain top quality, fun filled and original programs for hotel guests.

Job Brief:

Primarily responsible to ensure that Front Office shifts are run efficiently, providing outstanding guest service, assisting all Front Office staff, and maintaining a calm, professional environment at all times. Supervises and assigns duty roster for Guest Service Agent and Bell Counter. Responsible for the VIP movement in the Hotel.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing Front Office operation including maintenance, cleanliness, and efficiency.
2. To train and motivate the front office team towards excellent guest service.
3. Train new hires.
4. Conduct shift briefing.
5. Provide courteous service to the guest and respond promptly and tactfully to the guest's complaints, requests, and inquiries and log in the complaints.

7. Handle cash float with integrity.
8. Safeguard the cash float assigned and to be fully accountable for it.
9. Aware of the daily arrival and departure list for VIPs and special need/care guests.

Responsible for working with users either internal or external, including vendors/suppliers. To perform IT support on infrastructure and operation covering end-to-end process which include CSC, Front-Of-House and Back-Of-House process. Architect the infrastructure and design with related partners e.g. network provider, data center support, etc. to ensure store infrastructure fulfil current and future business requirement and security concern. Manage operation support provider to achieve business requirement and IT service.

Being the leader of the IT department and point of contact for IT team to ensure that all IT services are functioning properly to be able to operate the Hotel business as per the expectation and performs other task as assigned by senior management.

Perform risk management to minimize support risks, maintain infrastructure and application with knowledge of POS and all existing store systems, work closely with network and system support provider.
