Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of a high-rise and landed residential , including general office administration and management of the building.

Job Requirement:

• Proven track record of at least 3 years in a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Hands-on experience with various office equipment such as fax machines and printers.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of office management.
• Resourcefulness and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on multitasking and time management.
• Customer service orientation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet & welcome visitors and set a positive office atmosphere.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel and offices.
• Manage incoming phone calls, and providing basic information when needed or record down the messages.
• Handle incoming mail and prepare outgoing correspondence and parcels
• Ensure office security by following protocols and controlling access.
• Maintain and update appointment calendars, scheduling meetings and managing meeting rooms.
• Monitor and manage emails, sorting and forwarding them as necessary.
• Keep the front desk organized and well-equipped with essential materials.
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
• Maintain accurate records and files.
• Monitor office supplies and request Front Desk Executive place orders when needed
• Assist with other duties as assigned, including travel arrangements and scheduling.

Job Responsibilities:

•  Data collection and data preparation on project related processes, financial matters for financial analysis and other relevant business-related analysis.
• Assist in various data research and analysis on financial performance.
• Design business process documents and other necessary documents.
• Assist in the compilation of documents through liaison with inter-departments.
• Demonstrate project management skills, including effective communication and relationship-building skills with cross-functional team and other stakeholders.
• Provide timely and consistent communication with stakeholders on project status.
• Participate in problem solving efforts and play an active role during internal discussions with team leader.
• Assist on change management efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance or other related fields.
• Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
• Good communication skills in English language for both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of Ms Word, Ms Excel and Ms Powerpoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to multi-task across projects
