Job title: Degree Apprenticeship: Senior Project Leader & Business Development, Full time (37.5 hours per week), Fixed term until 31 July 2025
Salary: £58,000 to £62,000 per annum (plus access to bonus scheme)
An exciting, fixed term role has arisen at Roehampton Education Services Limited (RESL) following our successful bid for funding from the Office for Students to develop Degree Apprenticeship standards in allied health, engineering and digital technologies.
We are recruiting to the role of Degree Apprenticeship: Senior Project Leader & Business Development to join our new group organisation, Roehampton Education Services Ltd, to deliver pre-degree, technical and vocational education on behalf of the University of Roehampton. This is an exciting time to join Roehampton Education Services Ltd. as we develop and grow vocational education.
The role will lead on the business development for these standards; ensuring effective market penetration, identifying and building new employer networks and generating pipelines for growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering excellence, has pride in their ability to multitask, has excellent interpersonal skills, has experience of leading a project in a fast paced and dynamic environment, manages team effectively. The successful candidate will oversee the project delivery working closely with Roehampton apprenticeship hub colleagues and academic development leads as appropriate.
Key responsibilities will include employer and industry engagement, market analysis and management in support of these standards (and others which may come through any additional funding) from the Office for Students. Your performance will be measured against market development and enrolment growth in line with the relevant policies and funding frameworks.
