• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with the management of customer accounts, including updating customer information and collection of documents & payment details.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience processes and procedures
• Help and support organize and participate in customer events and promotions.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvements

Job Responsibilities

• To support daily operations task.
• Ensure merchants onboarding processing and configuration are met within turnaround time.
• Ensure continuously improvement and enhancement on system as well as merchant operational processes.
• Attending supports or requests on existing merchant such as payment advice, non settlement, release withheld payment and any payment related.
• Review existing onboarded merchants under low and high risk on their nature of business, ownership, sale volume, Chargeback and Fraud ratio.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics or other related disciplines.
• Min CGPA 3.0
• Prefer to have internship period of 4 months and above
• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute b2b lead generation strategies to drive leads and revenue growth for CircleDNA
• globally
• Conduct market research and analysis across target regions to identify new business opportunities
• Identify and outreach to leads effectively and efficiently, and follow up with leads to drive initial
• conversation
• Meet or exceed warm leads targets and KPIs 
• Efficiently support routine sales operations, including tasks such as managing sales orders an documenting meeting minutes, to optimize business efficiency

• 1+ year B2B growth and sales operation experience in a startup or known brand
• Commit at least 3 workdays per week, with at least 1 day per week in the office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to speak and write English fluently
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Proven track record of exceeding targets
• Familiarity with lead generation platforms and CRM systems experience is a plus
• Strong interest in the technology/healthcare/start-up space
