Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Compliance framework of the company business such as review of KYC and AML sanctions policies, and provide recommendations of suitable control measures and procedures

About your future job
As a member of the IQ team, you contribute to the maturity of the (software) development processes and the knowledge of the engineers about these processes. The software development process is based on scaled agile framework (SCALE). Your focus will be on definition of ready, definition of done and added value measurements. Our aim is to have you on board in our journey toward an integrated multi-national agile development environment together with our colleagues in Germany and Romania. In doing so, you always keep in mind the perspective of the customer and ensure that the solution meets his/her technical and non-technical requirements and expectations.

As QAM, you have an independent role and will report to both bid/project and senior management on the operational performance of the teams you are involved in. As a senior QAM, you are expected to coach and support less experienced QA colleagues with the aim of growing the maturity of the IQ-team. 

In addition to the above, you may be involved in (transverse) problem solving and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), audits, assessments and other improvement initiatives. Training in IQ tools and practices will explicitly be part of your onboarding program and personal development.

As QAM supporting large system integration projects, you will be involved with multiple international   stakeholders (development sites in Germany and Romania, the customer, government quality assurance etc.). You will work together closely with the project and product managers, supporting them in realizing the delivery to the customer in terms of time, budget and quality. 

The total scope of your portfolio depends on the demand from the organisation and the allocation of resources within the QA team, thereby aiming for both continuity and multi employability as well as the personal development of the QAM’s.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for day-to-day business data management and regular business report preparations, which includes SAP material master maintenance, data integrity checking and statistics.
• Daily monitoring of basic system health and to flag out any inconsistency in API/System functions when found/reported.
• Daily monitoring of system backend jobs and ensure transactional data are interfacing in healthy state with external/internal system.
• To support Business Analytics, extracting and reorganizing original data, dealing with data related issues with other departments.
• Responsible for data preparation, data mining, to create/identify opportunities through analytics, to optimize business objectives.
• Communicate findings and insights to relevant stakeholders in order to assist Manager in making data-driven decisions in KPI assessments.
• Drive continuous improvements /optimization of campaign performance tracking report with business while complying to A*STAR policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (with at least 5 years or more relevant experience), preferably Business Analytics, Information systems or Computer Science.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience solving problems using data and providing practical business insights.
• Self-Starter with a strong sense of urgency.
• Aptitude to challenge the status quo, think outside the box, and question what has been done.
• Comfortable with dealing with sets of data points from different sources.
• Qualities of matured thinking, dependable and requires minimum supervision.

Responsibilities we will trust you with:

• Lead/co-lead complex transformation projects spanning the entire lifecycle – from strategy formulation through to execution using various Business Strategy tools, Lean Six Sigma methodology, Design Thinking, Problem Solving and Critical thinking skills to deliver quality and value-added services to the stakeholders. • Work closely with working level in the business unit(s) to gather requirements and with IT to operationalise the selected solutions including mock-ups, development support and UAT.

• Responsible for providing leadership, coaching and mentoring to the assigned departments.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• Bachelor of Science in Project Management, Quality, Technology or Engineering related field is preferred.
• Min. 5 years of Lean Six Sigma experience (Certified Black Belt preferred) and proven track record in leading and/or facilitating large scale process improvement and/or digital transformation projects. May also include experience in other activities such as Planning, Implementing and Mentoring.
• Min. 5 years in customer service organisation, preferably, with functional knowledge in managing/improving complex end-to-end processes that cut across multiple departments/business units.
• Min. 3 years of Project Management experience in managing multiple projects with varying levels of management responsibilities and complexity.
• Exemplary interpersonal skills with an ability to:
• Influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts to reach consensus around common goals

YOUR MISSION

• Execute quality system and training programs
• Communicate, implement and monitor of PUMA quality requirements and standards with all WCFE suppliers
• Ensure all internal WCFE’s Quality assurance team members follow the same company procedures and goals
• Work closely with the Global Quality Assurance manager to set future quality improvement strategies – implement the new projects – measure and adjust accordingly
• Oversee and ensure incoming customer quality claims are processed correctly and on time – formulate and implement solutions with customers – propose corrective action plans with suppliers
