MAINTENANCE FACILTIES AND YARD DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Responsibilities
· Maintain yard machineries, equipment and facility at optimum level without compromising safety and environmental conditions.
· Preparing and reviewing work schedules and preventive maintenance.
· Delegating work responsibilities.
· Setup, review and update the organizational procedures.
· Verifying daily maintenance activities and the quality of work.
· Reviewing maintenance reports according to maintenance plan.
· Monitor and review maintenance staff performance.
· Involve Facility and Maintenance activities and Decision Making.
· Ensures equipment availability is adequate to meet the project plan.
· Hiring new maintenance professionals.
· Engaging service providers and contractors for specialized works.
· Attend internal department meetings, safety committee meeting, operation meeting and client meetings.
· Execute internal pre-auditing and support internal, external audits.
· Motivate maintenance staff and plan for improvements.
· Monitor of the worker overtime man hours and implement the necessary measures to control.
· Issue letters to contractors if equipment / machineries are damaged during contractor’s rental period. Damages to be back charge to contractors.
· Allocate and approve the yard storage space request for module fabrication works.
· Approve the purchase request of new spare parts & equipment’s.
Requirements
· Degree / Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
· Minimum of 10 years of maintenance working experience in marine shipyard industry
· Hands on experience in welding machine and CNC plate cutting machine troubleshooting works
· Highly motivated individuals with good organizational skills and leadership skills.
· Able to adapt new work environment and able to lead independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, equipment and grounds. Working under close supervision, assists in monitoring building system operations and performance. Utilizes several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.
Assists with installation and modification of building equipment systems.
Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include: plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop, and HVAC.
Inspects new installation for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Maintains lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.
Maintains grounds of facility or property performing such tasks as raking, sweeping, leaf blowing or snow removal.
Performs welding, carpentry, furniture assembly and locksmith tasks as needed.
Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.

- Be familiar with computer vision related tasks. Have rich experience in at least one aspect, such as image/video classification, object detection, image/video retrieval, OCR, image segmentation, etc.
- Be familiar with NLP-related tasks. Have experience in at least one aspect, such as text classification, semantic analysis, sentiment analysis, NER, etc.
- Be familiar with audio-related tasks. Have experience in at least one aspect, such as ASR, AED, LID, etc.
- Be familiar with multimodal machine learning, large-scale multimodal pre-training, etc.
- Be familiar with the theory and application of graph networks, knowledge graphs, and have relevant experience.
- Be familiar with model acceleration techniques such as pruning, quantization, distillation, etc.; Have relevant experience in deploying models using frameworks such as TensorRT.
4. Solid programming foundation. Be familiar with basic data structures and algorithms.
5. Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, logical thinking skills, communication and collaboration skills. Maintain curiosity about new things, and have a strong sense of responsibility, integrity and reliability.
