TP ICAP’s eMarkets group is responsible for driving innovation and evolution within the business. The groups supports the Senior Managing Directors and Desk Heads in growing their business via design and delivery of new technologies and services, and driving adoption of these products and services with both new and existing clients.

The Product & Business Development Management team are at the leading edge of this process– each Product & Business Development Manager (“Manager”) is tasked with overseeing a particular asset class or product/service-in this instance, Rates, championing it both internally and externally. They are responsible for the entire lifecycle of the product, from developing and validating the business case, through design, delivery and launch, its commercial viability (both front to back office) and long term growth strategy. Role Responsibilities

Strategic Direction

• Establish the goals for the product/service with the key stakeholders.
• Work with teams internally to establish a credible strategy to deliver those goals.

Product Roadmap & Delivery

• Own the producing, managing and delivering of the product roadmap.
• Develop business cases to investigate, challenge and design new projects/initiatives
• Manage product change priority lists across multiple technologies and define project scope associated with the product area.

Drive features vs. schedule vs. resources trade-off decisions.

• Input into the requirements process for IT projects including interaction with BA, Testers, Vendors & Data management teams.
• Provide consultancy input and oversight to ongoing projects which are being implemented by the designated project management team.
• Liaise with client services and operational teams to ensure systems are correctly configured to meet business and commercial demands.
• UAT review interim software builds on behalf of end customers and ensure they are ‘fit for purpose’.
• Provide consultancy for QA to develop appropriate business test cases.
• Provide internal training for new systems and functionality, where necessary.

Ideas

• Provide creative input to product/system design for on-going work.
• Present new ideas back within the eMarkets team to demonstrate understanding of the product/asset class, with focus on establishing hybrid and electronic solutions.

Relationships

• Recommend product solutions to business users, eMarkets management and business management providing support and guidance in the usage of the systems
• Liaise with customers of TP ICAP regarding electronic platform implementations, help support and build relationships.
• Develop long term strategic relationships with clients, interacting with appropriate teams (CRM) to manage client expectations and the overall commercial relationship.

Market Knowledge

• Keep track of the overall structure of financial markets, and understand the micro structure of the markets relevant to Rates.
• Understand how regulatory changes that may impact Rates. Provide associated recommendations
• Work with other Managers, locally and across the eMarkets global group, to conduct regular competitor, customer and market landscape analysis.

Your Focus
As Regional Product & Business Development Manager (RP&BDM), Food Enzymes, you will have dual responsibilities in ASPAC region. The ASPAC region includes all countries in Asia and Oceania excluding China.
You will be expected to set pricing guidelines and prioritization of new product initiation based on business strategy for regional product portfolio as well as, lead business development within South East Asia markets as SEA represents key opportunity within ASPAC.

Our client is one the global MNC that manufactures and produces home appliances. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a New Product Development Assistant Manager to be part of their NPD Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Duties of New Product Development Assistant Manager:

• Lead, develop, and execute regional strategies for new product development in Asia.
• Oversee project management, planning, and implementation processes for new products.
• Ensure alignment with business launch support functions and regional competition strategies.
• Drive pricing strategies and develop comprehensive product strategy plans.
• Monitor and achieve key performance indicators for new product development in Asia.
• Develop and plan product portfolios specific to the Asia region.
• Manage the introduction, implementation, and post-launch tracking of new products in Asia.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across development, marketing, sales, and other departments.
• Drive the development of new product packaging and associated materials.

Requirements:

• Degree in related field
• At least 3 years experience in FMCG Industry

Responsibilities:

• Prioritize features based on business goals and technical feasibility.
• Drive best practices for new improvements and maintenance, ensure the highest quality and standards are applied.
• Working closely with business stakeholders, technology leads, software development teams and designers in prioritization of initiatives and features.
• Ensure dynamic, incremental, and continuous delivery of the product that brings value to the business in an agile and sustainable manner.
• Collaborate with peer teams on multidiscipline projects and front-office and back-office initiatives

Requirements:

• Strong background in product development, with experience in defining and driving the development of a software product.
• Good understanding of design principles and user experience (UX) design, as well as the ability to work effectively with designers.
• Well-versed in Agile software development methodologies, with hands on experience in working as part of highly effective Agile software development team using Scrum, Kanban, or other agile frameworks.
• Hands on experience in conducting business analysis functions, stakeholder management, solution designing, and software test planning.
