Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Consultant (Environment), the Associate Consultant’s main responsibility will be highly focused in carrying out field works relating to Environmental Monitoring and Management Plans (EMMP), Environmental Baseline Studies (EBS), Soil Investigation and Remediation Studies (SIR), Groundwater and Water Quality Sampling, Air and Noise Quality Monitoring (AQN). The Associate Consultant would also provide assistance in data entry and report writing for the abovementioned studies, and also support in other environmental business areas in Singapore as required.

Job Responsibilities

· Conduct field surveys (biodiversity and/or physical environmental) for projects such as EMMP, EBS, SIR, WQ, AQN).

· Assist in project coordination with the internal ESC team, and external subcontractors.

Job Requirements

· Open to diploma holders (environmental science, engineering or related), or with 1-2 years’ experience in an environmental consulting environment.

· Field experience in conducting physical environmental / biodiversity surveys is advantageous.

· Knowledge of Singapore’s Environmental Laws and Regulations, BIA guidelines, PUB and NEA guidelines etc.

· Ability to exercise discretion on complex & sensitive issues.

· Ability to work well in a team with diverse backgrounds.

· Excellent reporting and communication skills (experience in liaison with Singapore government authorities is advantageous)

· MS Office skills are advantageous.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, equipment and grounds. Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer:

• Maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Be proactive in the raising of potential health and safety issues and the development of personal safety awareness.
• General site maintenance.
• Ensure all machines are in a safe working order.
• Carry out maintenance activities on site through effective planned maintenance routines and timely response to unplanned breakdowns.

Requirements

• You will have qualifications or be apprentice trained in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Working hours

Hours are flexible, 8hour shift between 6am – 6pm.

The Senior Machine Learning Engineer actively contributes to the technical design, development, and deployment of machine learning applications, leveraging both established and emerging technologies. Primary tasks include designing machine learning architectures, coding and reviewing models and applications, and ensuring high availability and performance of our machine learning solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.    Partner with Product and Data Solutions teams to design, build, and deliver machine learning models and components to address business challenges.
2.    Address complex problems by writing and testing application code, developing and validating machine learning models, and automating tests and deployment.
3.    Retrain, maintain, and monitor models in production.
4.    Utilize existing or build cloud-based architectures and technologies to deliver optimized machine learning models at scale.
5.    Implement code management practices to minimize vulnerabilities, ensure models are well-governed from a risk perspective, and adhere to machine learning best practices in Responsible and Explainable AI.
6.    Educate and communicate complex AI concepts and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
 

EDUCATION: 
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field

EXPERIENCE: 
1.    Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine learning engineering or related roles.
2.    Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
3.    Experience in deploying machine learning models in production environments.

Salary: $125,000 - $130,000
