We have an exciting temporary opportunity to join our dynamic and enthusiastic Customer & Business Support team in a role providing comprehensive support in relation to the processing of bookings, memberships, direct debit and all associated processes. As part of this role you will be responsible for business support in relation to financial transactions which may include, processing purchasing orders and invoices for payment issuing invoices and processing payroll.
We need someone who has experience of dealing with a variety of general and complex enquires, excellent customer care when dealing with telephone, face-to-face and online enquiries.
Ideally the successful post holder will also be computer literate have experience of working with a variety of ICT systems and packages e.g. Microsoft Office. Experience of cash handling, payment processing and have experience of front line customer service.
This post is considered Regulated Work with Children, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. It is an offence therefore to apply if you are barred from working with children. In addition to this, if you have lived or worked in any country outside the UK in the past 10 years, there may be a requirement for an overseas police check.
