Key Requirements:
As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to our elderly clients within the Bengali and Sylheti community. Your primary responsibilities will be to provide top-notch care assistance in NHS trusts and Care Homes. You will work closely with Care Workers to deliver personalized care, including maintaining personal hygiene, administering medication, assisting with feeding (including peg/fluid feeding), conducting observations, and taking vital signs when necessary. Your duties will also involve assisting with moving and handling, offering reassurance, comfort, and safety to clients.
Furthermore, you may be involved in preparing and cooking meals, communicating with shift managers and Nurses, and maintaining relationships with service managers and patients' family members. Keeping everyone updated on any changes or concerns that arise will be a vital part of your role.
To excel in this position, we require the following key qualifications:
Bengali and Sylheti Fluency: Proficiency in both Bengali and Sylheti languages, with excellent speaking, reading, and writing skills, is essential for effective communication with our clients.
Interpretational Skills: You will act as a bridge between our care team and our clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their needs and preferences.
Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding and respecting the cultural values and traditions of the Bengali and Sylheti community will be of utmost importance in delivering personalized care.

Assisting with Daily Activities: Support clients with daily living activities, personal care, medication administration, and mobility assistance.
Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals that cater to their cultural preferences and dietary requirements.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure continuity of care.
Communication: Engage in clear and empathetic communication with clients and their families to address their needs and concerns effectively.
Healthcare Coordination: Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the best possible care for our clients.

Salary:
