What the role is:

• Good Degree in Business Administration / Project Management/Construction Management, Real Estate, or equivalent field.
• At least 7 years of experience in facilities management.
• At least 3 years in supervisory position.
• Possess relevant FM certifications e.g. Fire Safety Manager, Green Mark Manager will be added advantages.
• At least 5 relevant experience in public sector procurement for FM services, experience with the government tender process on GeBIZ system and has high level of attention to detail for contract management.
• Strong organising and planning skills, able to identify problems and propose well thought through solutions in a timely manner; able to identify root causes and recommend SOP improvements to mitigate future recurrence.
• Keen advocate to adopt technologies for Smart FM and possess a data driven mindset.
• Able to multi-task with high level of attention to details; reliable and timely work delivery to achieve agreed outcome and workplans.
• Articulate and confident, write and present well; good interpersonal skills in engaging different stakeholder groups; motivated to provide sound advice to resolve issues raised by different stakeholders.
• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and executing strategies to support the company's expansion into new global markets.
• Develop and execute strategies into action plan
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and align on strategy components including target audience, value proposition and go-to-market activities for our consumer-facing digital telco services.
• Setup the new market launch framework and mobilize cross functional teams to launch new markets
• Stakeholder management across organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and achieve key metrics such as revenue, adoption, and transactions
• Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team and provide insights on market trends and competitor analysis.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a strategy role, preferably with a focus on internationally
• Experience in Management Consulting, with a focus on technology or telecommunications companies
• Experience in devising new markets strategy, GTM strategy or whitespace expansion
• Ideally within a rapidly-evolving workplace, preferably from a top-tier management consulting company (MBBs), advising high-growth tech companies,
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen skills
• Proven ability to lead teams, motivate others, and communicate complex ideas clearly
• Strong digital mindset and passionate about disrupting the future
• Able to work and communicate effectively across geographies
