Purpose of role
The primary purpose of this role is to manage all the Finance related administrative matters as well as all payment issues within the whole Innovare Group.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance
· Ensuring local GST is recorded appropriately within the accounts and reported on relevant returns accurately.
· Full understanding of Local Payroll is desirable
Audit
· Assist in producing local statutory accounts with fully backed up audit file for annual audit
· Coordinate with SG auditor & Co Sec as and when required
Treasury
· Arrange payments to supplier/contractors/govt bodies
· Checking of all staff’s expenses claims & petty cash reimbursement
· Monitoring of payment emails and forward all RA or PA to 2nd level authorisers
Miscellaneous
· To ensure payment cycles are accurately processed and authorised on time
· Assist Invoicing Team to print out Company’s Invoices and courier to our Clients whenever required
· Opening of Finance related mails and do proper filing
· Maintain a good filing system by doing daily filing of documents
· To provide suggestions for increased efficiency within the department and/or organisation
· To use company assets with appropriate diligence and care
· To work effectively within Innovare Group by providing support, where required, to all members of the organisation
· Regular discussions with local team
· Any ad hoc tasks and projects as and when required

· Mistake free management of Purchase Ledgers
· Mistake free management in Payment Control
· Effective communication within Innovare Group – respond within 24 hrs and raise issue constructively
Experience/Qualifications
· Preferably 1 year relevant accounting experience in a local or International environment
· Fresh ITE graduate also welcome
· Knowledge in MS Office skills, Outlook
· Preferably knowledge in MYOB
