Senior Design Engineer Responsibilities:

- Full Product Lifecycle Ownership:

- Evaluate and interpret project technical requirements to develop innovative concept architectures and designs.
- Design and develop hardware solutions from initial concept, through qualification testing, to final implementation and integration.
- Ensure all customer requirements are meticulously met throughout the development process, demonstrating successful completion of Verification and Validation activities.

• To be fully proficient in LTA requirements and specifications.
• Ensure all construction drawings and BIM models are accurately coordinated to prevent rework or defects.
• To produce and review all shop drawings and method statements to ensure works are carried out correctly.
• To plan the submissions and approvals of drawings and materials.
• To coordinated with authorities, clients, consultants, project and HQ, subcontractors and suppliers.
• To lead the Architectural team to plan and supervise the work.
• To propose cost effective methods and designs to minimize cost.
• To resolve any conflicts amicably between all parties in the project.
• To prepare accurate and detail progress reports.
• To prepare high quality PowerPoint slides and present effectively.
• To ensure all documents and drawings are in order for the purpose of TOP and handing over.
• To ensure all AS BUILT drawings and models are completed in a timely manner.
• To support the HQ for the purpose of the final accounts settlement with the clients and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architectural
• 10 years’ experience as an Architectural Manager with a Main Contractor.
• Display the ability to complete the projects assigned.
• Keen eye for detailing and coordination.
• Experience is IDD or Virtual Design and Construction.
• Possess Green Mark Manager certification will be an added advantage

Proficiency in mandarin would be an advantage.

Have to independent and able to liase with clients and suppliers actively and handle project in tight schedule.
