Job Descriptions

• Responsible for the brand development work of the restaurant.
• Develop marketing strategies and plans, advertising, promotions, creative projects, media relations, sponsorships and event management.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote food and beverage offerings.
• Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising, to enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials.
• Develop revenue and profit growth strategies for the business and take charge of the tactical execution of the brands’ marketing communication initiatives in support of the business strategy, market goals, and organizational objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
• Leads, coordinates campaigns and communications through all phases of launch and maintenance, including reporting, analysis and optimization.
• Collaborate with internal business partners like Operations, F&B and Finance teams to ensure that all initiatives support the brand promise.
• Monitor and improve ROI using strategic and analytical approach
• Prepare and manage budgets for various marketing and branding initiatives to achieve cost efficiencies.
• Evaluate the success of events and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Implement customer loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years relevant experience
• Diploma in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in F&B sales and marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of current marketing trends and digital platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
• Results-driven and target-oriented approach.
