The Business Risk team
Our team helps organisations tackle issues around governance, risk, and controls so that they can make strategic and risk-informed decisions. We support financial institutions and other businesses by conducting internal audits, assessing the effectiveness of their internal audit teams, reviewing internal controls, advising on regulatory compliance, and improving governance through enterprise risk management.

During peak periods, our team work closely together and support one another to bring value to clients in a timely manner. The role
In this role, you will work closely with the team to plan and execute projects and you will play a key role in the successful delivery of services to clients. You will gain experience in a great variety of work under the coaching of your leaders. As you grow and develop as a business risk professional, you will be given the autonomy to work independently and to guide junior members of the team. About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a skilled Outsourcing Professional to lead key aspects of the International Outsourcing framework, implement change and oversee outsourcing activities in the APAC region and ensure compliance with local outsourcing regulations and the Wells Fargo International Outsourcing Program. In this role, the successful candidate will spearhead regional or International outsourcing initiatives, drive a cohesive approach for outsourcing management across Wells Fargo International, and ensure that outsourced arrangements for Wells Fargo APAC are managed effectively and in accordance with the outsourcing framework and best practices. The role will be instrumental in embedding and overseeing the International Outsourcing framework in APAC, maintaining effective outsourcing processes, leading and implementing International change efforts in APAC and liaising with global stakeholders, as well as coach and help develop junior team members.
This role sits within our Shared Services Team in the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) business division of Wells Fargo, providing support to the business by executing critical risk programs, including outsourcing, resiliency, conduct, and new business initiatives. This is important work and provides a unique opportunity to make your mark in a prominent Global financial institution.
