Sales Clinical Specialist-Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM)
This position works out of either UAE or Kazakhstan location in the Cardiac Rhythm Management division.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Working under general direction, provides engineering, sales, educational and technical support in response to field inquiries from physicians, health care professionals, patients, and field sales staff, involving CRM products.
Acts as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business
Demonstrates ability to build and sustain credible business relationships with customers and shares product expertise accordingly
Provides engineering, sales, education and clinical support in response to field inquiries on as-needed basis. Demonstrates a thorough command of all CRM products, related product and technical knowledge, trends and players
Develops, leads and/or facilitates trainings and other programs on CRM products to healthcare professionals
Provides additional back-up support to CRM Sales Representatives
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Bio-Medical Engineering or other types of Engineering, related field or equivalent healthcare experience required. Requires ability to become certified on CRM products
A minimum of 2 years of related experience with increasing responsibility in the cardiac pacing and related industries
Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures
Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol
Demonstrated advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems is also necessary
Must apply engineering skills and abilities to interpret and solve complex clinical problems
Must have comprehensive written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
Must have the ability to concentrate on detail and work independently
Must be able to work effectively with engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and customers to achieve assigned goals; must be capable of coordinating multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively
Must possess comprehensive personal computer skills (experience with Microsoft Office or equivalent required) in graphics, word-processing, databases, authoring programs, etc., to develop presentation materials
Must speak English, Russian and at least 1 language of CIS region

IMF Product Manager, ANI UAE & Other Gulf
As IMF Product Manager for UAE, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain, you will be reporting to the UAE and Gulf General Manager and will be responsible for-
Developing IMF (Infant Milk Formula) marketing strategies to win in market share
Managing and planning communication and advertising plans across mediums for upstream & downstream.
Manage an effective, efficient and productive Marketing Plans & solutions.
Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across all media including and online platforms to ensure that brand connect with customers’ emotions, and to build the credibility of brands.
Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports
Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
What You'll Do-
Developing strategies to win in market share
Developing and execution of IMF marketing strategy to win in market share in a highly competitive market
Tracking the market share data and make the analysis for the performance
Have strong understanding of the IMF market and competition
External activities/HCP engagement:
Developing campaigns ideas and marketing strategies.
Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
Analyzing our brand positioning and consumer insights
Internal regional and cross-functional accountabilities:
Provide significant input into the annual marketing plan, specifically: sales forecasts for each product (taking into consideration past history, market trends, competitive activity and required sales effort), allocation of expenses between products (taking into consideration stage in product life cycle, potential for future growth and profit contribution, potential competitors).
Working hand to hand with trade team in developing promotion programs (taking into consideration marketing strengths relative to competitors, selling opportunities and customers’ needs and attitudes) and the marketing materials needed to accomplish the goals.
Coaching of Product Messaging with promotion team to ensure proper message delivery to client.
Market Analysis via special tools to measure products performance against competitors.
Financial management of the marketing programs including budget planning, resource allocation, preparation of quarterly reports & KPIs.
Communication point with the area in reflecting the product performance and programs best practices.

Required Qualifications:
MD or Pharm D/PhD/M.Sc in life sciences
7+ years in healthcare and in competitive market environment
Deep understanding of IMF market, including applicable laws, regulations and ethical code of conduct
Proven track record of successfully engaging with senior stakeholders to achieve market share goals
Ability to understand scientific evidence and summarize in relevant and convincing manner,
Multi-country management experience,
Executive presence, ability to convincingly communicate date-driven insights
Experience of directly and indirectly managing a team (including remote), ability to constantly switch between “helicopter view” and detailed review,
