The platform will become the bank’s overall Enterprise Rates systems distributing data across Retail, Wholesale and Global Markets banking.

Key Responsibilities

· With direct experiences in Market Data Domain as part of the Enterprise Architecture.

· Well versed in enterprise architecture methodologies for Market Data Domain.

· Analyse, Review design, Plan project schedule and implement end-to-end Technical enterprise Solutions in Banking and Financial Institutions

· With NeoXam DataHub, Markit or any other EDM specific product and development experiences to lead the design of Data model, establish as golden Data Source and distribute data to downstream systems at bank’s enterprise level.

· Develop a Market Data Services Enterprise architecture blueprint. Establish framework and standards of Data Sourcing from external vendors, Data Quality Check, Data transformation and Distribution to multiple systems across all platforms

· Analyse user (front to back office) requirements and formulate functional and technical design documents.

· Co-ordinate with vendor on specifications, build, delivery testing, and implementation.

· Work with the Bank internal Change Control Management for deployment of changes.

· Work closely with internal infrastructure and security teams for implementations.

· Implement NeoXam’s DataHub software solutions at an enterprise level.

Key Requirements:

· Degree, IT Engineering, Business or Finance

· You have minimum of 8 years of experience with IT projects in the banking / financial / insurance industry. At least 6 years of technical experiences as enterprise solution architect. Proven track records in delivering and implementing EDM product and technical solutions at enterprise level.

· Preferred with direct Product knowledge in NeoXam Datahub, formerly known as Smartco

· Key functional domain knowledge on Market Data for Global Market Trading and its usage for downstream regulatory reporting.

· You have minimum of 2 years of experience with software implementation in the areas of Markit EDM, Enterprise Data Management (EDM), DataWarehouse (DW-ETL) or Business Intelligence (BI).

Job Objectives & Responsibilities

Under the supervision and guidance of Risk and Assurance manager to perform the following functions:

• To review IT project document prior submission to both internal/external auditor, Bank’s Group Risk management and Regulators.
• To provide guidance and advise PMO of development team for submission of project documentations
• To prepare statistic/status report when required.

The various training will be provided including the Bank’s development methodology and Security policies.

This role is suitable for candidate who has gone through development life cycle and interested in IT Risk management and Governance. This role is to support project team and provide guidance to the team to comply to the bank development methodology and security policies/processes.

• Familiar with IT development life cycle and preferably with past experience in developing application

1. Possess good knowledge of data centre operation tasks and duties.

2. Liaise with DC/Building landlord to ensure optimal operation of electricity, HVAC and monitoring environments within Mission Critical IT facilities in Data Centre and remote buildings.

3. Strong ability to support activities in data centre and computer rooms

4. Ensure data centre physical security procedures are followed strictly.

5. Prompt escalation of incidents following the standard incident response procedure & track till closure

6. To generate reports to management

Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years Data Centre facility experience preferable in a team.

2. Experience working in a high-pressured environment with 24x7 on-call responsibilities

3. Strong understanding of incident, problem and change management procedures based on ITIL best practices

4. Experienced in supporting Data Centre vendors, out-sourcing vendors.

5. Ability to multi-task and proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Excel & PowerPoint

6. Good written and verbal communication skills

7. Highly motivated and self-driven

8. An analytical and inquiring mind to derive innovative solutions.

9. Ability to work independently and in a team

10. Must have experience working in data centre operations in financial institutions.

11. Familiarity with equipment requirements in Data Centre such as storage, servers and networking equipment such as routers, switches is a plus.

12. Familiar with Structured Cabling system and its related components.
