Initiating actions to fix interruptions to service caused by errors/faults in the IT infrastructure. Production of statistics and reports to demonstrate performance of the problem management process. Collaborative Working Liaise with national NHS bodies and their accredited commercial agents to determine how the national standards required to support the any national initiatives should be implemented within the Trust. Liaise with other organisations within the North West to facilitate the interoperability of services between organisations. To work collaboratively with service heads within Digital Services and within all Divisions of the Trust
