Our client, a renowned Architectural firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as an Medical Planner
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and deliver on design of healthcare projects
- Co-ordinate and work alongside with various internal stakeholders and project managmenet team
- Co-ordinate work effort of multiple teams on large projects
- Business Development and client relationship development
- Participate in proposal / bids / meetings and negotiations
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in planning within healthcare facilities around 30,000sqm
- Strong communication with clients, good with influencing and closing.
- Experience in both re-modelling / upgrading works and designing from scratch.
- Experience with architectural software.
OTHER INFORMATION:
- Location: Central
- Working hours: Monday – Friday, Office Hours
- Salary: up to S$8,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
