Responsibilities & Duties :

• Preparation and cooking the food according to our café menu to our guest and cooking staff meal to all employees during each working day.
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
• Maintenance high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Oversee the work of subordinates.
• Plan,discuss,create and derive new menu items if required.
• Other duties assigned by the management.
