Job Overview:
We are currently looking to hire a Senior Analyst on the Marketing Regulatory Review team in Supervision within the Client Success organization. The Senior Analyst is responsible for the review and approval of marketing materials and other public communications from financial advisors and home office employees. The Senior Analyst will work closely several departments/groups throughout LPL.
Responsibilities:
In consultative manner, review marketing materials and other forms of communication with the public according to regulatory requirements and LPL policy and procedures.
Provide clear and consultative guidance when changes may be required and throughout the approval process.
Be a source of information and assistance to advisors on their marketing initiatives.
Research and address instances where firm’s policies regarding communications with the public are not being followed.
Serve as a resource to Advisors and Home Office Staff on all forms of communications with the public.
Educate advisors, financial institutions, and home office employees regarding communications with the public.
Assist with research and response to regulatory inquiries including branch exams regarding communications with the public.
Contribute to department initiatives that may include policy updates and training.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience.
The Series 7, 63 or 66, and Series 24 are required, other licenses are a plus.
Core Competencies:
Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively.
Candidates should be focused on results, seek out responsibility, be able to effectively team with others, and be able to adapt to changes.

Pay Range:
$69,520-$104,280/year
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
