•    Support the development of event/product pricing strategies, based on strategic layout of an event space, product bundling options, value-based pricing and commercial drivers

Excellence and innovation
•    Lead the delivery of outstanding customer experience, working with the team to create innovative and interactive experiences at the events

Position Summary

1. Maximize the ROI(Return on Investment) on marketing investments by planning a systematic media strategy that is linked to the business and product strategy and integrated marketing strategy.
2. Devise the optimal investment plan by setting KPIs for media investments and managing performance.

Role and Responsibilities

Act as media expertise both offline & online

• Devises strategies for media plans and oversees all planning and buying
• Execute and operate media in order to achieve maximum Return on Investment (ROI)
• Understand bidding and optimizing for ads campaign to meet objective. (Retargeting, Lead Generation, Reach, CTR.)
• Evaluate the performance of initiatives and provide reviews of campaigns and trends using online and offline outlets
• Evaluate the success of media strategies and campaigns
• Analyze and evaluate keywords and web traffic to improve the performance of search marketing and other digital media and make recommendations to improve conversions
• Collect and process raw data to get some core insights on user behavior, needs, trends, habits, etc. in the digital channels

BU Campaigns Management

• Fully involve in the environment analysis of market, competitor and product and conduct competitor benchmarking required for setting communication & media strategy.
• Co-lead in the creative concept planning of multi-dimensional campaigns that touch various consumer touch points and manage the overall campaign executions (with key focus on media) until launch. Review post campaign performance and implications for improvement.
• Work together with stakeholders to manage a robust marketing calendar across integrated platforms
• Coordinate various projects, working closely with the internal, Regional and Head Quarter Corporate Communications team to advance communication priorities and develop effective integrated communication plans
• Track campaign performance to ensure effectiveness of responsible communications channel to achieve KPI

Social Platforms Management

• Act as an expert on digital and social media communications best practices, tools and platform for corporate communications.
• Act as a control tower to co-ordinate with cross functions to monitor, manage, and improve performance of all Samsung social platforms. Focusing on HA & MON

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MBA, Marketing, Mass Communication or other related fields
• Minimum 10-15 years working experience in media planning, digital media planning & analysis and search marketing more experience will be considered as a senior position
• Experience in Search Engine Marketing and account management is preferable
• Passion for Mobile application, Search Engine Marketing the Customer and Analytics
• Good knowledge or experience in SEM or biddable is an advantage
• Passion for delivering results and driving internal and external customer success

We are currently looking for a new Social Media Manager to join our team, who will be in charge of running multiple social media accounts on platforms including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram.

This would include creating regular posts on our social media platforms (photo posts, video posts and news article links created on easy-to-use platforms like Canva). Some content topics would be provided to you, and you would also be monitoring media regularly for stories and news relating to the Foundation's areas of work in order to come up with your own content ideas. All content would be focused on promoting awareness about improving animal welfare and sustainability.

The Social Media Manager will also work with other colleagues to brainstorm new ways to increase Lever Foundation's online presence and regional/global reach. Other work including helping draft online blogs and similar written content may occasionally be part of the job role.

Purpose of the role:

The Print Production Manager role focus on the print POSM & Retail Display strategy delivery for our FMCG account and its brands. This includes all account & financial management, print production procurement & having positive working relationships with print vendors, internal teams & clients to achieve client outcomes.

You will be central and virtual managing approvals of printed proofs and attend press checks across the account. You will be working in one of our client sites in Thailand.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management
• Service part of the account, which may include internal clients, creative/design agencies, pre-press agencies, printers, Retail Display manufacturer or others.
• Assess the print and retail display specification needs of the account.
• Make recommendations about alternate print & display specifications that deliver either a cost, quality or timeliness benefit to the client.
• Liaise with client to obtain detailed print brief & work with creative / design agencies to ensure artwork is print ready.
• Co-ordinate sampling and tooling if required for new or complex displays.

Procurement (Print & Retail Display)
• Identify the most appropriate printer / manufacturer for the job, based on a balance of competitiveness, quality and service.
• Manage printer proof / mockup approval process including reviewing the proof / mockup to ensure colour, layout, size, material etc. are as per approved artwork.
• Contribute to the development of leading print and document management systems and processes.

Service and Process Development
• Develop credible and trust-based relationships with all key stakeholders.
• Rapidly elevate account issues to Account Manager & collaborate with other partners.
• Ensure that all client confidential information and intellectual property is used only for the purpose of delivering the services and not otherwise disclosed.

• Print Production Background (Off-set printing, Pre-press, Digital Printing)
• Experience with Point of Sale / Retail Display is a plus
