Junior Product Manager - Core Products

This is an entry level position reporting to the Senior Product Manager to work on our core product which provides Privilege Access Management. Our team roles are constantly evolving as we grow, so be prepared for constant tweaks in roles and responsibilities. 

What You'll Do

●      You will be part of the product management team working on core products with initial focus areas in analytics or UX

●      You’ll be responsible for the delivery of your selected product focus area

●      You’ll be interacting with customers, PMs, engineers and sales teams to understand their pain points to prioritize features for maximum impact

●      Documenting stories and acceptance criteria, illustrating flows and high level UX that will be understood by engineering teams

●      Collaborate with the release team to plan out releases for your focus area

●      Get your hands dirty with engineering and support teams to understand the ins and outs of the product 

●      Support engineering team tasks when all hands on deck is needed

Must have skills

●      Empathy – able to put yourself in another person’s shoes and understand their experiences

●      Critical thinking – capable of breaking big problems into small, manageable tasks

●      Strong written and verbal communication in English

●      Good presentation skills

Nice to have skills

●      Experience in using JIRA and Confluence

●      Experience or interest in cybersecurity

●      Experience working with APIs

●      Experience working with cloud platforms

●      Experience with integrations

●      Have a flair for writing content

The Department has two visiting faculty position openings at the visiting assistant professor level or higher. Successful candidates are expected to assume appointment by August 2024. Our collegial research group includes several new hires, and we anticipate substantial growth over the next several years. The visiting faculty position has a 2-2 teaching load, competitive compensation, and a 2-year contract. The visiting faculty position should be attractive to rookies or junior assistant professors who wish to build a stronger research profile in a research-active institution.

• Oversee the contracts and documentations of the operations.
• Liaise with customers, shipping agents & terminal operators.
• Provide regular update to HQ.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or LCCI in Accounting
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Familiar with vessel operations is an advantage
• Can liaise with ship owner a/o.
