KEY JOB PURPOSE
The successful candidate will be part of our company and contribute to administrative, accounting and HR activities. He/she will provide assistance to the corporate lab enabling the company and R&D staff to accomplish their R&D activities effectively and efficiently.
HR Role
- Conduct hiring process which include job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidate
- Assist with onboarding of candidates including paperwork and orientation
- Able to prepare employment related letters such as offer letters, employment contract, confirmation letters, resignation acceptance letter and off boarding procedures.
- Manage work pass renewal, applications, cancellations, and levy waiver request
- Handle submissions and processing of statutory payment and claims, including CPF, IR21, IR8A, NS claims and Government Paid Leave
- Prepare monthly Payroll
- Database management in maintaining staff records including personal information, attendance, salary slip and performance evaluation
- Facilitating team bonding activities and organizing events and initiatives to foster a positive work culture
Account Role
- Manage full set of financial statements (Balance Sheets, P&L and cash flow) for two entities.
- Manage full set of account including vendor invoice processing, payment arrangements, journal entries, inter-company charges and GL maintenance
- Perform financial operations like checking of invoice, expense claim/reimbursement from employee
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
- Fixed asset register, tracking and depreciation recordings
- Prepare yearly audit schedules
Laise with external auditor, banker and secretory if there is a need
- Any Ad Hoc duties assign by management
COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
· Good working attitude and interpersonal skills.
· Bilingual (English & Mandarin)
· Abe to multi task and work independently, Positive Attitude
· Effective interpersonal and communications skills
· Familiar with HR practices and well versed with Employment Act and MOM regulations
· Able to work independently as well as in a team.
· 1 to 2 years relevant working experience.
· Diploma in relevant field.
