• The fundamental requirement to this role is attention to detail - recognising that the little details make the difference, while still being able to see the big picture.
• Support the Head of Web Development with training and supporting the mid and junior members on the team.

Required Skills and Responsibilities§ Experience in Digital & Analog circuits.§ Know-how of product development life cycle, design for manufacturing.§ The candidate should understand the hardware level requirements of Electronic Control Unit.§ Knowledge of components selections/design, BOM preparation, thermal calculations, and spice simulations.§ Experience in board bring-up, testing and troubleshooting the electronic circuits.§ Ability to perform independent Test & Measurement activities using Oscilloscope, Power Supply, Multimeter, Logic Analyzer etc.§ Experience in hardware development for automotive applications which includes requirement analysis, circuit design, worst-case analysis and simulation.§ Basic understanding FMEA and FMEDA on ECUs or other electronic circuitry.§ Co-ordination with Module developer, Schematic Developer and Layouter.§ Conducting design / integration reviews.§ Preparing layout guidelines and review.§ Preparing documents like HDD, test plan, test report etc.§ Hands-on experience with engineering tools like eADM (desired)§ Knowledge of Requirements Management tool like DOORS will be an added advantage.§ Willingness to co-ordinate with other engineering teams – Mechanics, PCB Layout, Support in sample preparation, testingAdditional skill set:§ Ability to work in a multidisciplinary design team.§ Good team player and should have strong analytical, and logical skills.§ Good communication skills.

• Quickly iterate in-engine to support rapid prototyping.
• Document workflows and create tools for designers to utilize.
• Share and provide feedback on designs and documentation for your systems.
• Analyze, test and deconstruct your own and others' work to provide support in creating a quality game.
• Understand requirements from stakeholders and pitch ideas for solutions.
• Provide estimates and risk assessments to the team for upcoming work.
• Work collaboratively with the development team, and liaise with multiple departments and partnered studios.
• Support members of the design team with your technical perspective.
