Getting to know the role and your responsibilities: 

• Channel Mix Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive channel mix strategy, emphasizing direct web and indirect web contribution, to maximize revenue for all hotels in MEA. 

• Best Practice Adoption: Ensure that all hotels within the region adhere to digital and OTA best practices established by the Digital & E-commerce Centre of Excellence in MEA APAC. 

• Pricing and Rate Parity: Oversee hotel pricing strategies to align with Accor's overall strategy and ensure rate parity across distribution channels. Monitor the Distribution Health score to optimize opportunities for direct channels. 

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including Commercial Directors, Vice Presidents of Operations (VPOs), General Managers, and in-hotel commercial team members, to align digital strategies with business objectives. 

• OTA and Partner Connectivity: Serve as the primary point of contact and support for hotels regarding OTA relationships, account management, and marketing activations. 

• Voice of the Centre of Excellence (CoE): Act as the key spokesperson for the Digital & E-commerce Centre of Excellence, representing its interests and promoting its vision throughout the MEA region. 

• Training and Development: Curate and deliver comprehensive Digital & E-commerce training programs to educate and empower relevant stakeholders across the region, including property-level teams. 

• OTA Relationships: Cultivate and maintain direct relationships with all pertinent OTAs, both locally and across the MEA region, to optimize collaboration, run campaigns and drive channel performance. 

• Standards Implementation: Ensure the regional and global digital and e-commerce standards set by Accor are consistently implemented across the entire portfolio of hotels within the MEA region. 

An exciting opportunity has become available for Director Revenue Systems & Training, MEA APAC to join our team. This role will be based in Thailand and will be reporting directly to the VP of Business Performance & Analytics. The VP, Business Performance & Analytics, MEA APAC, plays pivotal role in steering the MEA APAC region's business strategies through data-driven insights. This position focuses on leading and supervising a team of Business Performance leads, both in-house and possibly contractors, to provide actionable intelligence that guides business decisions. The role involves close collaboration with various departments to ensure data insights align with and support the company’s strategic goals. 

Getting to know the role and your responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new RMS and other RM tools across the region. 

• Act as the regional spokesperson for system development initiatives, representing the region's needs and feedback. 

• Coordinate with system vendors and internal IT teams to ensure system capabilities meet regional requirements.

This role is responsible for executing the region’s Premium, Midscale, and Economy Brands partnerships strategy through onboarding and activating of potential regional partners.  Optimize revenue and Guest Experience performance through leading best-in-class customer experience culture. Monitoring KPI’s and negotiating commercially viable contracts in collaboration with Global brand leads. This position is required to understand and align internal & external stakeholders’ needs and limitations, enhance the value proposition and attractiveness of the specific Premium, Midscale, and Economy brands in region. Strong project management and problem-solving skills required to bring brands partnerships pipeline to fruition and drive excellence in brand experience and compliance.

Premium, Midscale, Economy Brand Partnerships 

• Own, develop and manage regional relationships with key strategic partners. 

• Develop strategic direction to create, improve and/or expand PME brands partnership programs. 

• Act as the lead expert on negotiation strategy and execution of partner-related contracts, ensuring exclusivity to innovative brand programs.

• Inspire and provide strategic guidance across the customer experience community leading best-in-class performance. 

• Drive and activate brand experience culture, strategy and the customer journey excellence through operational recommendations and tools. 

• Strive for continuous improvement through brand compliance, expertise and best practices. 

• Lead brand standards content definition, impeded hotel self assessment culture and lead external brand audit process with brand compliance target setting and performance governance across MEA APAC.
