WHAT YOU WILL OWN :

• With the world as your platter, you will identify and source top talents across multiple functions and job levels, including but not limited to Customer Service, Commercial, Vendor Operations, Service Operations etc.
• You will partner with hiring managers to identify key requirements for each requisition, target companies and target candidates to reach out to.
• You will present the preselected candidates to hiring managers with a supporting summary that’s like an elevator pitch to convince the hiring manager(candidate profile based on screening, phone interview and tests).

Role Purpose:

The Country Talent & Excitement Lead will be responsible for building effective relationships within the organization to enable the smooth operation of people practices. The incumbent will provide the full spectrum of talent solutions and services to support the country’s goals and objectives through the development, implementation, and management of Human Resources processes and programs. Principal Accountabilities

• Ensure country has the right number and type of talent required to execute country strategy and achieve established business results.

• Have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations.
• Have at least at least 10 - 12 years of working experience in a senior managerial position within the Human Resources team.
• Candidates with retail industry background and have experience managing multiple business entities will be preferred.
• Have demonstrated an experience and knowledge of HR Operations best practices, Human Resources technology, and general practices.
• Have had experience in business process optimization with significant exposure in review processes that lead to the identification of redundancies or inefficiencies.

• Are highly organized, have an ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines, have excellent negotiation skills, be self-motivated working under minimal supervision, and be service-oriented.
