Join us as a Food & Beverage Executiveat Holiday Inn® Singapore Orchard City Centre. For this vital role, we’re looking for someone who can:
- Assist in the administration and monitoring of the department’s budget, which may include payroll and related costs and F&B costs
- Assist in coordinating the preparation of the departmental annual budget
- Assist in monitoring departmental costs on an ongoing basis to ensure performance against budget, and highlight to F&B Manager and Executive Chef if abnormalities occur for further actions
- Provide administrative support to F&B Manager, Executive Chef and F&B/Kitchen Management
- Support F&B in servicing functions
- Support administration for F&B Marketing and Kitchen matters
- Receive and disseminate F&B and Kitchen-related information and communication to other colleagues
- Maintain F&B- and Kitchen-related reports and update them in accordance with standards and timelines
- Use Hotel’s systems e.g. MarketBoomer and I-Schedule to provide support for F&B and Kitchen for operational effectiveness and efficiency
- Maintain confidentiality of all matters at all times
- Understand the responsibilities of other units and departments and co-operate with them
- Provide covering duties for other administrative when required
What We Need From You
Diploma qualifications, and preferably 2 years of related experience.
Required Skills:
· Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
· Good writing skills
· Good problem-solving, reasoning and administrative skills
