Director of Revenue Management

The Director of Revenue Management is responsible for leading the hotel Commercial Strategy team in determining strategic vision. The DRM establishes goals and implements tactical efforts, with the goal of promoting revenue growth generation among key customer segments and revenue centers, and supporting the hotel's brand positioning and image. • Responsible for supporting the Directorate Manager for Cellular Pathology in strategically develop the Histopathology, Cytopathology and Mortuary services

To work with the nominated Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) lead to manage the user feedback system and analyse results to inform the future development of the service. May be required to work outside of core hours, in line with service need. 3) PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT: To participate in development and training identified through the appraisal and supervision process. To attend and participate in all identified mandatory training. 4) OTHER: To ensure all duties are carried out in line with Trust policy. To carry out other duties appropriate to the grade as required. To keep up to date with relevant Trust policies and developments within the NHS, e.g. Business Continuity Plans, Care Quality Commission etc.

The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring overall client satisfaction across the full scope of services received from SS&C.

• Ensure a full understanding of the client’s needs and expectations across service delivery teams and provide clarity for the actions required to service the client.
• Identify and coordinate service delivery modifications in response to changes in client activities or regulation, and raise change projects within the organization as required.
• Coordinate and drive resolution of issues affecting the quality of service and overall client experience.
• Manage client communication and internal coordination on client requests for service enhancement, expansion, or customization.
• Plan and attend engagement meetings with clients on a regular basis to build trust and deepen the client relationship.
• Identify and produce appropriate key management information / business metrics to communicate and facilitate the client relationship.
• Manage due diligence meetings/responses for prospective or existing clients and their investors.
• Oversee the preparation of board reports and represent the organization in client board meetings.
• Ensure proper coordination of relationships with third parties related to the client activity, including system providers, auditors and external legal counsels.

A minimum 15 years relevant industry experience
Full working rights and currently living in Australia
A recognised Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Engineering or similar.
Construction delivery experience in any one of the Aviation, Utilities or Transport sectors
Exceptional business development experience with a large network in the Victorian infrastructure market.
Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment
Track record of successful project delivery and engaging with and influencing clients and key stakeholders at a senior level
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team.
Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report writing skills.
