The role
We have immediate opportunities for Consultant, Senior and Principal Level Systems Safety and RAM Engineers across NSW, Victoria and Queensland. We are seeking client focused professionals with demonstrable experience in the transport sector to provide immediate support to transport infrastructure projects. The successful candidates will be part of functional multi-disciplined consulting teams.
Specifically these roles will include:
Provision of Systems Safety and RAM consulting services to a variety of clients on complex, multi-disciplinary projects and programmes within the Transport sector.
Delivering support to Tactix -Sener clients throughout the capability lifecycle.
Development of engineering solutions and methodologies for complex problems.
Development of Systems & Safety Assurance documentation such as Systems Safety Management Plans, Hazard Workshop Reports, Hazard Logs, Engineering Safety Case, RAM assessment reports, Risk Analysis
Supporting the growth of the Systems Safety and RAM capability through the identification and management of new & existing client relationships, agreed partners and the development of the internal team.
About You
You are interested in and passionate about the integration of Systems Safety, RAM and Systems Engineering principles and processes into the delivery of complex systems. You can bring your experience of large scale projects and industry leading edge industry tools and processes . You think strategically and work collaboratively to ensure that Systems Engineering practices and processes are developed and managed across the project lifecycle to the benefit of our clients.
To be considered you will also have:
A tertiary qualification in Safety, Science or Engineering;
A minimum 3 years’ experience in Systems and Safety Assurance
Understanding of the Systems Engineering Approach to project lifecycle from development, design, construction, testing and commissioning;
Working knowledge relating to safety standards, in particular EN50126, EN50128 and EN50129 and in the application of risk management techniques;
Experience managing relationships with key stakeholders such as project owners, principal contractors, sub-contractors and/or rail transport operators will be highly regarded.
