Job Objectives

GTO Project Management Office is responsible for leading teams to deliver quarterly releases that span across multiple business units. The BAU & QR PMO role is required to assist PFS Bank and PFS Cards stream leads with the development and implementation Quarterly Releases (QR), including release plans, policies and solutions and contribute to issue resolution and escalation, research, analysis activities and planning and monitoring activities.

Main Responsibilities & Duties

RE shall be an engineer in the civil/structural discipline with qualification accredited by IES/ACES

Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience as a Civil Engineer, including minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience handling and supervising civil/structural and/or geotechnical works.

Preferably Infrastructure work, Linked bridge, Bus interchage experiences

■ Job Responsibility:

- Deliver high quality fully tested code according to specifications

- Address technical aspects with architect and functional aspects with business analyst

- Liaise with business analysts for clarification and understanding of requirements

- Provide detailed estimation and technical documentation of solutions

- Develop tests strategy in coordination with project manager / Business Analysts

- Follow the user acceptance test and coordinate the prioritization

- Support applications in production - analyze and resolve issues as they arise

- System requirement analysis and implementation using Net, Spring Boot and Oracle SQL. Development work includes changes to existing application as well as new development.

- Cooperate and coordinate with stakeholders and external vendors for new business needs and application management.

- Performs ongoing maintenance, enhancement, testing and deployment of applications systems and programs.

- Support IT audits of applications, systems and other IT processes that are ongoing annually with IT team and external partners.

- Good team player who can contribute as a team or individually.

■ Qualifications:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, in Computer Science or Information Technology.

- At least 5 experience in NET technology (ASP.NET, C#, C#.Net, MVC, VB.NET, ASP, IIS, web service etc.)

- Experience in Oracle Database Server, hands on experience in writing Stored Procedures, Functions, etc.

- Hands on experience in implementing WPF (Window Presentation Form) using MVVM (Model-View-Model) design pattern.

- Hands on experience in implementing Spring Boot application for RESTful API services.

- Good knowledge of HTML / CSS / AJAX / JQuery and other client or server-based web tools.

- Capable and knowledgeable in Advanced SQL scripting.

- Good working knowledge of Oracle SQL (Store Procedure, Complex reporting Query)

- Experienced in full software development lifecycle; requirements analysis, design, development, testing, implementation

- Korean language is a plus, as the IT headquarters is located in Korea, and continuous communication in Korean with the headquarters is required to perform the overall operation and management of the system.
