Internal IT Service Desk Analyst
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supporting users in all TCIS facilities, locally and remotely
• Identifying the hardware and software needed to provide solutions to problems
• Ensuring that all SLA’s and KPI’s are met
• Providing telephone, face-to-face and online support to the appropriate user community
• Liaising with internal, external support groups as well as vendors as required;
• Ensuring timely updates for all tickets logged
• Undertaking various housekeeping and reporting functions for the area of responsibility, including maintenance of shared resources
- Excellent communication skills. Fluent English, with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently at all levels, both externally and internally;
- The ability to gain respect and confidence from co-workers and appropriate management teams;
- Prioritise tasks and be flexible, adaptable and able to work to tight deadlines;
- To maintain self-motivation and have the ability to organise and manage yourself as well as help motivate others.
- Good IT skills (Networking, VPN, TCP/IP, Cisco, Windows Desktop and Windows Server)
