About the role
As a Sales Lead, you create an engaging environment for associates and customers. You partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans. Your leadership is critical to cultivate a store environment where operations run smoothly, the store looks fabulous, and associates are trained and motivated to reach their highest potential.
