Job Requirement

As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for the sales of Cloud Deployment Services for the Workday Customer Base. You will be responsible for creating external demand in the market for cloud deployment opportunities and positioning Alight to win the work. You will coordinate selling efforts with the client team and operate at all organization levels where the cloud deployment solution is making an impact.

The work you will do

• Achieve individual sales goal for Professional Services and related products

• Set and execute the sales strategy for assigned territory and lead the development of a sales plan targeting organizations where a Service Delivery opportunity is likely to exist.

• Collect and communicate market intelligence on products/services and incorporate it into sales client planning process

• Effectively utilize lead generation team and other sales support resources at the appropriate time in the selling process

The Associate BDL will learn the critical fundamentals of our sales process through thorough training and daily education as guided by our Client Services leadership team. You will learn about the ever-changing details concerning insurance products and policies, while managing a book of business. The Associate BDL will also prospect for new business leads. Best of all, we will give you the tools on how to make it all possible!

Essential Duties:

• Sell and service existing renewal business within a specified territory.
• Prospect new business opportunities within a specified territory.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Business Management, Sales, or Insurance & Risk Management.
• Two to four years of prior insurance experience preferred, but not required.
• Inherent desire to learn, succeed, and achieve assigned goals.
• Problem-solving abilities.

LOCATION:

Open to remote locations, but Fort Wayne, Indiana is preferred.

TRAVEL:

Limited travel may be needed with this position.

Qualifications
