You will be doing:

• Provide excellent customer service

• Achieve standards set on sales floor; incl. till (handling of cash and credit cards), service zones, etc

• Manage departmental stocks and products availability to facilitate layout planning

• Accurate stock movement and replenishment (e.g. delivery check, stock transfer)

• Cashiering duties and handling customers' return items

• Contribute positively to achieving sales target

Specific Responsibilities:

Food Department - Required to lift loads of up to 15kg and helping customer with product information

Clothing Department - Fitting room duties, helping customers find the right sizing, styling and general servicing

You need to be:

• Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays

• Highly motivated with good insight of customer service with or without working experience

• Excellent communication skills and outgoing personality

About the role

We are seeking for a highly motivated and result-oriented In-store Visual Coordinator to plan and execute visual merchandising strategies. This role will be reporting into the Visual Merchandising Manager.

You will be doing

• Visual merchandising standards and guidelines
• Responsible for implementing and executing the overall concept of merchandising display, including in-store mannequin and window display
• Improve and maintain visual merchandising standards to meet the Company’s requirements
• Review and update the Company’s visual merchandising guidelines with the Visual Merchandising Manager and Operations’ team
• Train the team to maintain the store’s image

Others:

• Any other duties as assigned.
• To place order for signages for promotional events

Requirements:

• Able to work independently and under pressure with tight schedule
• Energetic and proactive individuals who can work in dynamic environment
• Highly creative and interest about fashion and strong styling sense
• Based in store and MUST have 1-2yrs VM experience
• Computer literate ( MUST Basic Microsoft Office - Word / Excel; Illustrator / Photoshop will be an advantage)
• Flexibility to workflow and hours on an ad hoc basic (midnight shift once a month)
