Job Responsibilities:

• Perform full cycle of recruitment
• Hiring for Permanent and Contract placement
• Source, identify and conduct screening of potential candidates
• Interview coordination
• Conduct and document feedback/debrief with candidates and clients after interview
• Identify new business opportunities
• Maintain strong rapport with existing clients

Requirements:

• Sales driven and possess strong interest in recruitment industry
• Comfortable to work in fast pace environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
