Your role involves:

• Leading the ERP project. Covering all aspects from gathering business requirements, selection of ERP to implementation, customizations and etc
• Ensure seamless integration of the ERP system with other business applications and third-party software.
• Monitor system performance and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular training sessions for end-users to enhance system proficiency and maximize utilization.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify business process improvement opportunities through the ERP system.
• Develop and enforce data security protocols and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Manage ERP vendors and negotiate contracts for software upgrades and support services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ERP system promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in ERP and business management solutions.
• Continuously seek opportunities to optimize ERP system functionality and improve user experience.

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 7 years of ERP (SAP / Microsoft Dynamics / Oracle and etc) experience. At least 5 years of IT Project Management experience in required for this role. Proven track record in engaging with business stakeholders is required for this role.

Candidates with experience in warehouse management system will be of added advantage.

You will be responsible for:

• Collaborate with clients in workshops and interviews to assess process and reporting requirements.
• Provide guidance to clients regarding best practices within their industry and across industries. Offer insights on recommended SAP processes and functions.
• Create SAP solutions tailored to the desired state for clients. Foster a mindset that encourages the adoption of leading and standard practices during the development of the target state.
• Evaluate the application landscape to create interfaces for the SAP solution.
