Reporting to the KPMG ASPAC Head of Alliances, you will drive the SAP strategic alliance across the ASPAC region (12+ countries) and support the KPMG Member Firms to build and grow the SAP Alliance business in their country in alignment with the global alliance strategy. This involves developing a regional alliance plan to grow KPMG services by implementing SAP technologies, establish priority sell-with, build-with and buy-from initiatives in conjunction with regional market specificities.
The role will be both Alliance Partner facing, internal, and client facing as required, meeting with SAP leadership, sellers and relevant stakeholders to help determine joint go-to-market offerings, sales and pipeline development and to facilitate the smooth running of the SAP Alliance for KPMG across Asia Pacific.
The Alliance Director will build deep and trusted KPMG relationships with the individual KPMG alliance partners, client lead partners, and divisional leaders, working with them to define market priority sectors, alliance-based solutions, and the associated target market and accounts.
The Alliance Director will be involved in key multi-million-dollar pursuits across the region that involve alliance partnering and attend selected client service team’s meetings for strategic accounts to better understand where alliances can be positioned to drive sales and opportunities.
The Alliance Director will review the end-to-end alliance process, in conjunction with the wider KPMG stakeholders, and implement enhancements to streamline where appropriate. They will work with Global and Member Firm Alliance Operations to ensure all Alliance related tracking and reporting is carried out effectively.

Work you will do
This role sits within the SAP team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which encompasses the SAP Module solutions respectively. As a leader of this group, you will drive the growth of our SAP business in the region and be responsible for the creation, sale and delivery of SAP solutions: Functional and Technical Design, SAP Application & Systems Development, SAP Business Transformation, etc.

· Lead the consultant and client teams through the implementation cycle including planning and execution of testing, migration and cutover.

Required Experiences:
· A good honors Degree, preferably at postgraduate level, in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines.
· Director will require a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP Module, and involved in at least 5 end to end full life cycle of SAP Module implementations. Also have some team leading experiences
· Has experience/exposure with SAP S/4 HANA would be a plus
· Demonstrated success in multi-cultural work environment.
· Sound understanding of business process, industry nuances and leading practices in area of focus
· Ability to facilitate effective workshops to lead target state design.
· Ability to lead teams
· Demonstrated excellence in conceiving and executing SAP solution
· Broad understanding of SAP design. Appreciation of digital enterprise and emerging technologies

As EY continues to grow our Alliances, we need an APAC based APAC Alliance Relationship Associate Director (ARD) who can work with SAP coordinating with the respective Alliance Go to Market Leaders to manage the day to day aspects of the select alliance relationships – including relationship collaboration and governance, alliance program oversight, contracts and compliance management and performance intelligence.
