We are inviting candidates for the position of:

Regional Publishing Manager

We have supported our client – Samsung in setting up and running successful operations in Europe, and we will soon replicate this model for the APAC region, consisting of markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, etc. The main objective of this model is to improve overall content quality, consistency and digital marketing capabilities among all APAC offices. This role will be reporting to the Digital Platform Director.

Role & Responsibility:

Support Samsung to manage Samsung.com better to acquire more quality traffic and improve on-site experience, eventually driving more e-shop conversions by improving content publishing, web analytics insights and SEO implementation

Content publishing

• Manage publishing on Samsung.com with understanding about global general / whole process from asset sourcing to web production
• Monitor and manage monthly product publishing rate, performance and report

Web analytics

• Report customization via understanding requirements from Samsung stakeholders
• Insights reporting to Samsung stakeholders to identify driver(s) of Samsung.com performance
• QA and coordinate on RHQ-led Samsung.com analytics dashboard and monthly insights report

SEO

• QA and coordinate on RHQ-led monthly SEO report
• Coordination of SEO implementation plan
• SEO copy localization
• Post execution insights reporting to Samsung

Requirements:

• Experience in working with a structure with multiple stakeholders and multiple tools, governed by global guidelines
• Experience with CMS (Content Management System) tools like AEM, WORDPRESS, etc.
• Experience with online shopping site product management with buying configuration by using eCommerce tools
• Experience with project management using PM tools (Jira, Trello, etc.)
• Experience with stakeholders communication, managing project deliverables and timelines
• Understanding of consumer journey based on the web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics or Google analytics)
• Understanding of web analytics tools and key metrics (Visits, Marketing Visits, Sales Engagement, Conversion) and analytics dimensions, such as Channel, Visitor profile, Conversion funnel, Page & Path, etc.
• General knowledge of web language (HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc.) and website audit tools like (Screamingfrog, Googlewebmastertool, etc.)
• Understanding of Google search engine algorithm linking to the search result ranking
• Understanding of keyword research tools (keyword planner, SEM rush, etc.) and basic SEO analytics tools (Google Search Console)

· Work with 3rd party marketing companies and international HQ for effective marketing campaign

· Work with the internal global marketing team to ensure all materials, campaigns, and messaging for the suits Asia pacific market

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including 3rd party marketing company, internal sales, product management, and application teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

· Involve in global market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth in the data center market in Asia.

· Adhere to global corporate branding guidelines and comply with relevant laws and regulations in all marketing materials and activities for Asia pacific region

Requirement:

· Min 2 years of digital marketing n event management (co ordination )experience

· Proven track record (with at least 2 successful marketing campaign name)

· Degree in marketing, business study or related field

· Bilingual or at least 2 spoken language

Regional Specialist, Social Media

Job Summary

• Support in executing regional strategies and social media campaigns in the Southeast Asia region.

Key Accountabilities

• Work with social media agency and regional business units on the development and execution of social media strategies and content creation for new product launches.
• Implement social media amplification and affiliate marketing as part of integrated marketing campaign.
• Collaborate with the internal teams (PR/Digital/Ecommerce/Marcom) for strategic planning across social platforms to enhance online presence, community engagement and drive sales conversion.
• Review and edit the contents for TikTok as well as executive profiles and Company page on LinkedIn.
• Manage influencer marketing campaign and support media/influencer engagement events.
• Oversee video creation by social media/creative agencies.
• Provide social media analysis in monthly reports.
• Support regional stakeholders on reporting requirements.
• Manage vendors to ensure expenses are kept within approved budget and deliverables adhere to communication guidelines and given timeline

Key Job Requirements

Job / Skills Competencies:

• Experience in social media content marketing, executing social advertising, managing social media communities and influencer campaigns.
• Good knowledge and understanding of measuring ROI across social media platforms to make data-driven decisions, though technical knowledge in generating analytics is not required.
• Strong in agency management.
• Deep understanding and strong working knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc) and other digital channels.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English to edit copy.
• Must have a sense of cultural fluency to work effectively with teams across the region.
• Work effectively in a team and manage various stakeholders.
• Solid project managements experience in managing multiple projects to meet tight deadlines

Critical Work Experience:

• A minimum 2 years’ experience in social media and/or content marketing.
