What you'll do:

As a Business Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of our client's operations in the APAC region. What you bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent from a recognised educational institute. Professional qualification of CPA/ACCA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience. Big 4 accounting firm, group audit management and listed company experience desired.
• Extensive knowledge of, and experience in financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP and SFRS(I) including previous relevant SEC and SOX reporting experience.

• Support CHR efforts with preparing competitive quotations, customer proposals and bespoke solutions tailored to customer expectations and requirements
• Build strong relationships and ensure ongoing success and sustainability of the accounts/targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies that enhance CHR’s probability of success and ensure effective and timely implementation
• Accurate and timely pipeline management via the approved CRM tool of choice
• Coordinate resources and collaborates internally with the Organization’s network to allow for effective positioning and successful selling of the Organization’s breadth of Products
• Gain useful insights on industry trends, market intelligence and communicate internally and externally
• Act as an advocate for customers, internally conveying their customer-specific needs across the organization to ensure proper alignment and prioritization of resources
• Work with relevant stakeholders across geographies and/or Divisions to ensure an aligned approach to new customer acquisition and/or targeted growth opportunities
• Supports Accounts Receivables and ageing issues where required
• Participate in relevant customer events, trade shows and / or seminars

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma from an accredited institution
• 3 to 5 years experience in-country sales (hunter) in a global freight forwarding environment
• Entrepreneurial, dynamic, go-getter and “can-do” attitude
• Demonstrated strong influencing, negotiation, collaboration, analytic, communication and presentation skills

• Communicate project updates and milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by management.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Tourism or related discipline. Additional qualification with project management will be a plus.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in project management / coordination or related roles.
• Working experiences with attraction and hospitalization industries are preferrable.
• Familiar with building construction and project management processes.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
