Responsibilities:

• Lead the quality and compliance team in the delivery of the internal quality assurance framework.
• Ensure that any changes to the regulatory requirements of CQC, GDPR, SSSC and Care Inspectorate are
  quickly and accurately reflected in changes to systems and processes.
• Act as an expert advisor and lead on improvement activity; supporting operational leadership teams in
  identifying and learning from areas of good practice and offering target advice and support where practice
  requires improvement.
• Provide detailed and evidence-based quality reviews of service delivery against internal and external quality
  standards, providing recommendations and constructive feedback for improvement at both local and
  provider level.
• Lead the collection, analysis, interpretation and dissemination of all audit and quality assurance management
  information to a wide-ranging audience including senior leadership and branch teams.
• Work in partnership with the Head of Risk Management to identify and respond to business risk.
• Ensure that high standards are met across the business and that care is delivered in line with CQC/CI
  regulations, and other statutory and legislative requirements.

Person Specification:

Essential

• At least 5 years quality management experience within Homecare and a track record in senior quality and
  compliance management.
• Experience of multi-site quality and compliance coverage.
• A proven track record in leadership and motivation of staff with demonstrable understanding of and
  commitment to achieving company objectives.
• Excellent understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements such as CQC, CI, Health and
  Social Care Act, DoLS/LPS, Mental Capacity Act and other relevant legislation and sector best practice

Here at Serco, we are looking for an experienced Data Quality Manager to join our team at the Asylum Accommodation and Support Services Contract. AASC offers a range of improvements, with particular focus on assisting individuals through the asylum system.

The Analytics and Performance team is a new function within the AASC contract. The department will be responsible for producing accurate, current, and insightful Management information to provide all contractual, external and internal functional, performance and insight reporting and the assurance of data quality. The team is also responsible for optimising service performance, driving adoption, effective business change, and ultimately helping to develop a data-driven organisation.

The key reason for the role is to support the Head of Data Analytics & Strategic Performance to ensure quality of data and data integrity across all systems and processes. You will work with Serco group IT and MI teams to understand business processes and requirements, identify constraints and opportunities, and recommend optimal solutions. Main Purpose of the Role

In this role you will be responsible for Unipart Rail’s overall Quality Management System (QMS) covering Products, Supply Chain,
Manufacturing and shared/common processes and its effective implementation across the business. A key part of the role is to
ensure compliance to the Quality Management System and drive continuous improvement. Overall responsibility also includes
management of External and Internal Audit Functions, Product Warranty and Management of overall QMS systems including
documentation and standards.




Reporting into the HSQE Director, the role has 4 direct reports and provides functional support to our quality teams at our
manufacturing facilities at other sites. Must be able to effectively communicate and influence the senior leadership within the
business and be able to communicate with customers and external audit bodies.




Main Responsibilities:

Management of the Quality System

* Manage the overall Quality System and corporate adherence to ISO 9001 across Products, Supply Chain Services, and
Manufacturing.
* Enable corporate compliance to statutory, contract and other industry legislative requirements.
* Prepare an annual action plan to enhance the QMS and prepare monthly progress reports.
* To develop, implement and maintain the document control process together with technical documentation controls and quality
records.
* Ensure suitable access to quality documentation is available for all employees as applicable.
* Work with the internal auditor to devise, manage, control, and realize the annual Internal Audit program, producing reports to
support findings.
* Manage internal Corrective Action and Preventative Action log ensuring timely closure by the appropriate area of business.

They are looking for a full-time Head of Quality to join their fast-paced Operations team, assisting the CEO and Head of Operations with all quality aspects of running our fast-growth manufacturing operation.

You will manage the in-house Quality team to ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements, this will include coordination of the completion of internal audits to drive a continuous improvement with a robust safety culture at both of our Manufacturing facilities in the Midlands. To Supervise the work and daily performance of CHIS Data Quality & Failsafe Administrators is managed ensuring that standard operating processes are followed to ensure acceptable working practices and a customer focused service. Monitor workload on an ongoing basis, flexing duties of staff in order to respond to demands within the service and to fulfil KPI responsibilities. Deputise for CHIS Senior Team Leader Data Quality & Failsafe in times of absence to include first line manager duties e.g., sickness return to work interviews. To complete data quality and failsafe tasks, review, quality check and input missing information on to electronic record systems following Trust guidelines. Produce and disseminate data quality reports to clinical staff from our bespoke Child Health Information System to agreed departmental standards. To make, receive and deal with telephone queries in a professional manner, as agreed by the service, liaising with colleagues, GPs, and other agencies verbally, virtually and by email. To liaise with the clinical teams to support the delivery of services across West Midlands CHIS-Northern Hub. To communicate information to and receive information from managers, colleagues, and others, whilst being aware of the need to maintain confidentiality. To adopt a constantly flexible team working approach to ensure that all individual and team objectives are completed efficiently and within given timescales.
