· Position: Secretary
· Location: Raffles Quay (Walking Distance from MRT)
· Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.45am - 6pm)
· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 16 Days AL + Flexi Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
· Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to director
· Manage the director’s calendar and travel arrangements including flights, transportation and accommodation bookings
· Manage director’s email correspondences
· Schedule business meetings
· Manage director’s expenses and reimbursements
· Facilitate communication and coordination by conveying the director's instructions and work arrangements to various stakeholders within the company
· Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
· At least 5 years of working experience as an executive secretary
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Excellent time management skills and able to work independently in a fast paced environment
· Handle sensitive and confidential information with strict confidentiality
